Jay Gonzalez, Speed & Agility Coach at Tailored Training

Jay Gonzalez

Jay has been a coach with Tailored Training for five years, bringing eight years of competitive track experience to his work in speed and agility. What started as a love for the sport became a calling — watching records fall and athletes grow in confidence showed him a larger purpose. A man of faith, Jay sees coaching as a way to be a faithful steward of his gifts and pour into the people around him. For him, the privilege is being part of something bigger: helping athletes get better in every aspect of their lives — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Edgar Paige IV, Strength Training Coach at Tailored Training

Edgar Paige IV

A former high school football and baseball athlete, Edgar went on to play college football as a running back. He brings a competitor's mindset to his coaching — built on hard work, discipline, and a real investment in helping athletes reach their goals.

Joel Polius, Strength & Conditioning Coach at Tailored Training

Joel Polius

Born and raised in Saint Lucia, Joel moved to the United States to pursue basketball and education, playing collegiately at Nelson University. Today he plays professional basketball in Dallas for CYM in The Basketball League (TBL), the third professional tier in the U.S. Joel trains for two reasons: as a believer in Jesus Christ, he feels called to serve and pour into the next generation — and as someone who loves staying active, getting to do that as his job is, in his words, the best thing ever.

Julian Cantero, Trainer at Tailored Training

Julian Cantero

Julian grew up incredibly active, with baseball as his first love. That passion for sport and movement led him to the University of North Texas, where he studied Kinesiology, Health Behavior, and Fitness — and ultimately into personal training, a way to keep building his career around the thing he loves most. He brings that lifelong enthusiasm for athletics to every athlete he works with.

Mark Baston

Mark Baston

Mark's athletic background spans basketball, track, and football. He's drawn to private training because he values building genuine connections with his clients and pushing them to maximize their potential. He knows how easy it is to become intimidated by big goals — so he works to build his clients' confidence in themselves to chase those goals, and holds them accountable every step of the way.
